This downloadable resource referenced survey data from Staffbase/Banatag's Internal Communications Salary Report. Survey respondents who were earning salaries over $100k were invited to be interviewed to share tips and advice on what helped them find success in their Internal Communications career. The interviews followed a standardized format, which resulted in pages of the report following a similar layout and design. To help break up the design and keep the resource feeling visually interesting and engaging, we pulled quotes from key interviews to create quote pages to break up the flow of the document. 

The goal of this resource was to share key insights with Staffbase's dedicated internal communication audience, help them feel seen and understood in their career, and build brand trust between them and Staffbase. The resource was available for free download from Staffbase's resource library and would help build our email list. This was considered a top of funnel resource.
