The Internal Comms Salary Report aimed to bring transparency to the IC industry about salaries so that they can advocate for themselves and build their careers.
The design aimed to be fun, playful, and easy to read. Bananatag was the original creator of the Salary Report, and was known for its playful and expressive brand. Staffbase had recently acquired Bananatag, so the design of the report aimed to blend the two styles in a way that was expressive and playful but still easy to read.
